Independent Challenge 3

Using color for fonts and text on my webpage will help distinguish important terms, links, and other items. Having a series of links the same color on consistent other pages will help the user identify the links to access the separate pages. If there were some words or phrases that I needed to be set off from the rest of the passage, using a different color font would draw the reader's eye to the word or phrase beig emphasized.

Using colors on web pages can get messy, so I would do one of two things to see what colors would be best for web pages. I would

• Speak with an eye care professional to see which colors would be the best combination for web pages to ensure a lack of confusion, or
• Use a color filtering software to help convert colors to a more visible combination for all.
