The link title gives the web designer a chance to give more detail to a link then just eye value. If a viewer is unsure of what the link
is or to what Web site he/she is be directed, the link title gives more detail needed for the viewer to make an enhanced decision on
whether to follow it or not and also give the viewer a more pleasurable viewing experience.
To make my Web site's navigation more effective, it would be easy for the viewer to see a navigation bar with the links to corresponding
pages. Also, using the inverted triangle method of placing the more important information toward the top of the page would the information
that is needed immediately by the busy viewer. Since viewers often
skim through information on the web, having external links within the
text and them opening in new windows would help the viewer in having
to not constantly utilize the back button on their browser.
