By using CSS techniques, my webpage can be spired from web browsers, helps to fit the page to the user's needs through size for different servers and devices (cell phones, etc), help to guide a new viewer through the site, and less time to load the page. One issue with using CSS is that it is replacing inline tags with vague and sometimes inappropiate tags for elements such as strong or em. CSS2 builds off of the current CCS1, corrects some errors from CSS1, and helps with fonts and style to a webpage. CSS2 was introduced in 2004. Currently, all browsers support the CSS2 stylesheet.
